You Weren't
Meant to Do This Alone
Welcome to a space where you don’t have to mask, explain, or keep up. The ADHD Echoes Circle is a monthly membership especially for adults in Atlantic Canada — but open to anyone who resonates with our values and feels at home in this space.
No matter where you're joining from, if the values here speak to you — this is your space for warmth, trust, and connection.
Here, you'll find coaching, community, and clarity — all built around how your brain actually works.

Why Community
Changes Everything
Research shows that ADHD is not just a neurological difference — it's a relational one. According to studies published in journals like BMC Psychiatry and Journal of Attention Disorders, social support and peer connection dramatically improve emotional regulation, resilience, and executive functioning in ADHD adults.
Medication can be helpful and a first line of treatment, but it doesn’t teach skills. It doesn’t offer reflection, or repair years of living without language for how you feel. That’s what community does. And that’s what we do here.
You don’t just need a tool. You need a circle.

Coaching:
Real ADHD coaching grounded in compassion, not pressure. You’ll get real-time guidance, relatable tools,
and support that meets you where you are.

Community:Â
You are not alone in this. We meet live, share openly, and support each
other in ways that feel
genuine and safe.

Self-Trust:
This space helps you stop questioning your worth and start recognizing your strength — not in spite of your ADHD, but because of how your brain works.

A Pathway Through the Noise, Into Self-Trust
Each month, we guide you through one of four transformational phases:
- The Awakening — Remembering who you are underneath the noise
- The Reckoning — Unpacking the shoulds, shame, and stories that never fit
- The Becoming — Learning to work with your ADHD instead of against it
- The Rising — Stepping into your future self with confidence and clarity
What’s the Echo You Carry?
Are you the Masked Overachiever? The Quietly Burning Out One? The Understimulated Daydreamer?
We each carry patterns shaped by how we were misunderstood, praised, or pressured. Inside the Circle, you'll identify your Echo Type with our upcoming Echo Finder Quiz and learn how to support the version of you that's showing up.

Because This Shouldn’t Be Out of Reach
Many of us with ADHD go undiagnosed for decades, living in survival mode. We’re told to just try harder, push through, or figure it out — without ever being given tools that fit how our brain works.
I created this space to change that.
Coaching and support shouldn't require insurance or a giant budget. $55/month gives you live access, structure, and support in a way that’s actually sustainable. Because I believe that those who’ve been left out the longest deserve to be seen first.
That’s how we grow richer — in community, in confidence, and in trust.

What makes this different from other memberships?
And here's what many programs miss: ADHD isn't just about executive functioning — it's about years of silent echoes. The pill can help you focus, but it can’t untangle your past, teach emotional resilience, or rebuild the self-trust that got chipped away. That’s what we’re doing here — together.

Let’s Move Forward — Together
You don’t need to rewrite the past to believe in your future.
But you do need a space where the old story doesn’t get the final say.
