Hi, I’m Aimee

ADHD coach, educator, and community builder.

I created Relate Well NL because ADHD isn’t just individual — it’s relational.
It touches how we see ourselves, how we show up for others, and how we move through the world.

I’ve Been There

I’ve seen firsthand how ADHD can shape lives in quiet, complicated ways — especially when it’s misunderstood.
And I’ve also seen the healing that happens when people finally feel seen — both in their strengths and their struggles.

Who I Work With

I support adults who’ve spent years trying to hold it all together — at work, in relationships, and in their own minds.
People who are successful on the outside, but exhausted on the inside.
People who know what they should do... they just can’t seem to do it alone.

(I know that feeling. I live it too.)

I'm Human Too

I work full-time helping others build their own internal capacity — but before that, I’m a mom, a wife, a daughter, a stepmom, a dog mom, and a friend.
I’m not perfect in any of those roles — and I’ve stopped expecting myself to be.
What I’ve learned (and keep relearning) is how to lead with self-compassion, grace, and the understanding that we’re all still becoming.

You're Welcome Here.

Come as you are.
Stay as long as you like.
(I think you’ll like it here.)

Why Work With Me

Meeting you right where you are.

I create real, relatable support for ADHD adults in Atlantic Canada — especially those who look like they’ve got it together, but are quietly overwhelmed underneath.

That’s why I built the ADHD Echoes Circle — a low-cost monthly membership with gentle coaching, weekly connection, and emotional validation in a space that actually feels good.

This isn’t just another ADHD program.
It’s a place to feel seen — without having to explain everything first.

My approach blends coaching with emotional insight, relational intelligence, and lived experience - support that helps you trust yourself, not rely on someone else’s idea of who you should be.

You don’t have to do this alone.
There’s space for you here.

Not sure if this is right for you or just need to talk it through first?

Let’s chat. I’m happy to help you figure out what support
makes the most sense for you.
