Our DISC Personality @ Work Workshops are at the heart of our team training offerings. 

Understanding yourself and those around you is key to building a successful team. Our DISC Personality Workshops help provide teams with a common language to speak about personalities and behaviors. 

These workshops help team members understand their own and each other’s behavior styles, leading to better communication, reduced conflicts, and stronger teamwork. By recognizing and valuing diverse personalities, teams can work more effectively together and capitalize on each member’s unique strengths. 

These interactive sessions include:

  • Behavioral Style Analysis : Understand the four primary DISC styles—Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.
  • Team Dynamics Exploration: Discover how different personalities can complement each other and work synergistically. 
  • Practical Application: Learn practical strategies to apply DISC insights in daily interactions, improving collaboration and productivity. 

Each workshop participant will receive a personality assessment and 30-page customized Discovery Report upon completion.

What is Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) represents a crucial form of support for individuals facing challenges with their mental health or navigating through a mental health crisis. This workshop empowers participants with the ability to detect early signs of mental health struggles or crises in others. It provides them with the skills to:   

  • Initiate conversations about mental well-being deterioration
  • Highlight and suggest professional and alternative support options conducive to recovery and enhanced mental health
  • Guide individuals towards these supportive resources
  • Offer help during a mental health or substance use emergency
  • Implement MHFA strategies to safeguard their own mental health. 

Through this training, it aims to foster a community of support and understanding, enabling each participant to not only assist others in need but also take active steps towards maintaining their own mental health.
